When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company or website (optional), the service you are interested in, your budget range (optional) and your project details. If you email us or book a call, we receive the details you provide.

How enquiries are processed

The enquiry form is processed by Netlify Forms. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which processes booking details under its own privacy policy. If analytics is enabled on this site, anonymised usage data may be collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver requested work, and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Client data

Workflows and integrations we build run in your own accounts where possible. We access client systems only as needed to deliver and support the agreed work.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
