Services

Avytrix provides custom website development, software and API integration, workflow automation and maintenance services. The scope, timeline and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Integrations and third parties

Integration feasibility depends on the third-party software, API access and permissions involved. Third-party subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting, payment-provider charges and other external expenses may be billed separately. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

Ownership

Ownership of delivered code and assets is agreed in writing before work begins. In general, delivered work transfers to the client on final payment, excluding third-party licences and tools.

White-label work

White-label delivery for agencies is available by prior written agreement, including confidentiality terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avytrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or this website.
