AI Automation

AI agents and automation that take repetitive work off your team.

We design, build and run AI-powered workflows for sales, marketing, support and operations, with human approval and monitoring built in.

Anatomy of an agentIllustrative
  1. TriggerAn enquiry, email, form or schedule starts the run
  2. ContextPulls the data the agent needs from your systems
  3. ReasoningClassifies, summarises or drafts the next step
  4. ActionsUpdates records, sends alerts, prepares replies
  5. Approval gateSensitive actions wait for a person
  6. LogsEvery step recorded so it can be reviewed
What we build

Four kinds of AI automation work.

Each starts from a real process in your business.

Agentic AI systems and custom AI agents

An AI agent reads input, decides what to do within rules you set, and uses connected tools to carry it out. We design the agent around one clear job, give it only the access it needs and test it against real examples before it goes live.

  • Single-purpose agents for a defined task
  • Multi-step workflows that combine several agents or tools
  • Clear limits on what each agent can read and change
Example flowIllustrative
  1. 1Request received
  2. 2Agent reads and classifies it
  3. 3Looks up the relevant record
  4. 4Proposes an action

Business process automation

Many processes are rule-based and repetitive. We map the steps, automate the routine ones and route exceptions to a person, so the work keeps moving without constant manual handling.

  • Data entry and record updates between systems
  • Document handling, reminders and status changes
  • Exception routing to the right person
Example flowIllustrative
  1. 1Trigger fires
  2. 2Rules checked
  3. 3Systems updated
  4. 4Exceptions escalated

Sales and marketing workflows

Speed and consistency matter in sales and marketing. We automate lead intake, enrichment, routing, follow-up drafts and reporting, so nothing waits in an inbox.

  • Lead capture, qualification and routing
  • Follow-up reminders and drafted outreach for review
  • Campaign and pipeline reporting
Example flowIllustrative
  1. 1Lead submitted
  2. 2Details structured
  3. 3Assigned to owner
  4. 4Follow-up drafted

Customer support automation

Support teams spend time on triage and repeat questions. We build workflows that classify tickets, suggest replies from your own material and escalate what needs a person.

  • Ticket triage, tagging and routing
  • Suggested replies drawn from your documentation
  • Escalation rules for sensitive or unclear cases
Example flowIllustrative
  1. 1Ticket arrives
  2. 2Category and urgency set
  3. 3Reply suggested
  4. 4Agent reviews and sends
Human approval and monitoring

Automation with a person in control.

We decide with you which steps run on their own and which wait for approval, based on the risk of the action.

  1. Agent proposesThe agent prepares an action or draft.
  2. Rules checkFixed rules test the proposal, such as value limits.
  3. Person approvesA named person approves, edits or rejects.
  4. Action runs and is loggedOnly approved actions execute, with a record.

Payments, deletions and other sensitive actions can be set to always require approval. Every run can be logged so you can see what the system did and why.

Managed automation services

Keep it running after launch.

Workflows depend on other services that change. Optional ongoing support keeps them working.

Monitor

We watch your automations for failures and alert the right person when a run does not complete.

Maintain

We fix breakages when a connected service or API changes, and keep access and credentials current.

Improve

We review how the workflow performs with you and adjust rules, prompts and approval steps over time.

Scope and terms for managed support are agreed with you. AI usage and third-party subscriptions are billed separately.

FAQ

AI automation questions

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses an AI model to understand a request, decide on a next step and use connected tools to act on it, within rules you define.

Can the AI send messages without a person checking?

Only if you want it to. We design which actions run automatically and which wait for approval, based on the risk of each one. Customer-facing messages are commonly set to draft-and-approve.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

AI output can be wrong, so we add review steps, rules and logging for important actions. We test against real examples before launch and adjust after.

What tools can you connect to?

Most business tools that offer an API or standard integration. We confirm access and feasibility for your specific tools before agreeing a scope.

What does managed automation include?

Monitoring, fixes when connected services change and periodic improvements. Scope and terms are agreed with you; it is optional.
