API Integrations

Connect your systems so data moves without re-keying.

CRM, payment gateway, database and third-party API integrations, built around webhooks and orchestrated workflows that fail safely.

Capabilities

What we connect, and what we check first.

Every integration has different constraints. We confirm them before committing.

IntegrationWhat it coversWhat we confirm first
CRM integrations

Sync contacts, deals and activity between your forms, email and CRM so records are created and updated automatically.

Does the CRM expose an API for the objects you need, and what are its rate limits?

Payment gateway integrations

Take payments, handle confirmations and update orders and customer records when a payment succeeds or fails.

Which gateway, which payment methods, and how are refunds and failures handled?

Third-party API connections

Connect to services your business depends on, such as shipping, accounting, messaging or data providers.

Is the API documented and stable, and what authentication does it use?

Database integrations

Read from and write to databases and keep data consistent across systems.

Who owns the data, what is the source of truth, and how are conflicts resolved?

Webhooks

Receive events as they happen, verify them and process them reliably, including retries and duplicates.

Which events matter, and what should happen if one is missed?

Business application integrations

Link the tools your team uses day to day so information is entered once.

Do both tools offer an API or a supported integration route?

Workflow orchestration

Coordinate several systems in a single flow, with ordering, error handling and alerts.

What is the full sequence, and who is told when a step fails?

Feasibility

Five questions before we build.

Answering these up front avoids surprises later. We work through them with you on the first call.

  1. Which systems are involved? Name each tool and the data that should move between them.
  2. What triggers the flow? An event, a schedule or a manual action.
  3. What is the source of truth? When two systems disagree, which one wins?
  4. What happens on failure? Who is alerted and how is it retried?
  5. What access do we have? API keys, documentation, a test account or sandbox.
How we build

Mapped, tested and hardened.

01

Map

We document the systems, data fields and triggers, and agree what counts as done.

02

Build

We connect the systems and test with sample data in a safe environment.

03

Harden

We add retries, duplicate protection, logging and alerts, then go live and monitor.

Third-party API fees, rate limits and plan restrictions are set by the provider and billed separately. We flag these during scoping.

FAQ

API integration questions

Can you integrate with any tool?

We can integrate with tools that offer an API or a supported integration route. We check feasibility, access and limits for your specific tools before agreeing a scope.

What is a webhook?

A webhook is an automatic message one system sends to another when something happens, such as a payment completing. It lets systems react straight away without constant checking.

How do you keep integrations reliable?

We verify incoming requests, protect against duplicates, retry failures sensibly and log activity so problems are visible and fixable.

Is payment data safe?

We use the payment gateway’s own hosted or tokenised methods so card details are handled by the gateway rather than stored by us, and keep credentials out of source code.

Do you maintain integrations after launch?

We can monitor and maintain them. Connected services change over time, and optional support keeps integrations working.

Need your systems talking to each other?

List the tools involved and we will tell you what is feasible.
